"The 540,000 Oregonians with federal student loan debt owe more than $20 billion in all, according to the U.S. Department of Education." Wait, what? Oregon alone owes $20 billion? How much is it for the whole nation? $1.77 trillion, that's how much. And Biden wanted to just forgive it all just like that?
